Because they are self-employed, home-based daycare providers can have their own waiting lists. However, if their coordinating office (CO) works with Enfance Famille, the providers can request the names of children who are interested in a home-based setting. The providers have no legal obligation towards Enfance Famille's centralized waiting list.
Home-based daycares recognized by a CO that works with the Coopérative can also post their open $7/day spaces on EnfanceFamille.org.
